Susan Murphy, a Senior Associate with 25 years of legal experience, specializes in real property litigation. She previously served as lead counsel at Advocate Legal, focusing on Wrongful Foreclosure and Quiet Title cases, before joining Gomez Law, APC to work alongside founder Mark Gomez in their shared commitment to helping homeowners protect their property. In her free time, Susan enjoys creative writing and hiking in Runyon Canyon with her Yorkie, Mojo.
James Hornbuckle

James D. Hornbuckle is an accomplished attorney, USC graduate, and Magna Cum Laude law school alumnus. Recognized as a Rising Star in Entertainment and Sports in 2017 and a Lawyer of Distinction in entertainment law for three years (2017-2019), Drew is a published legal expert in the San Fernando Valley who enjoys pickleball, coaching, cooking, fitness, and is a dedicated Batman enthusiast.

Stephanie Stupakis

Stephanie Stupakis began practicing law in 2019 and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023. She specializes in property-related disputes, including buyout negotiations and tenant-landlord issues such as unlawful detainers, wrongful eviction, and harassment claims. Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington, where she was on the Dean's list for three years, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. During law school, she was the Managing Editor of the Hastings Women’s Law Journal, Professional Development Coordinator for the Women’s Law Society, and an Executive Board member of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation. Ellie Martinez, a Nebraska native, is a 3L student at Pepperdine Law School in Los Angeles, where she serves as the Student Articles Editor for the Dispute Resolution Law Journal and Treasurer for OUTLaw. Her legal experience encompasses land use and environmental law, gained through two summers at a law firm. Ellie is also a certified mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court. Outside of law, she enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her partner and their teacup Chihuahua, Nala.

Alexandra Blair serves as Project and Property Manager, as well as Executive Assistant to Mark A. Gomez, Esq. at Gomez Law, APC. In addition to her core roles, Alexandra is an integral member of the marketing team and leads the social committee at the firm. Holding a B.A. in Communications from the College of Charleston, her professional expertise encompasses real estate, sales, public relations, and marketing. Outside of her responsibilities at Gomez Law, APC, Alexandra runs her own consignment boutique.
