Alleged Real Estate Fraudster James Rojas – CONSUMER ALERT!
PUBLIC ALERT – JAMES ROJAS – REAL ESTATE FRAUD, FORGERY
April 2019 UPDATE: On behalf of our clients, Gomez Law, APC and has obtained at least one money judgement against James Rojas. Not surprisingly, he disappeared for a time… but we have discovered that he is back, with a storefront in Canoga Park, CA (San Fernando Valley). Mr. Rojas usually used fictitious businesses in his real estate scams, so if you have done business with any of the following, please do not hesitate to call us: BAYLINE HOLDINGS, CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL, STEINBURG HOLDING, JANITORIAL SERVICES AND DISTRIBUTION INC., MEDALLION CAPITAL FINANCIAL, FARWEST FINANCIAL, and more.
In our latest case, Rojas used some of these business entities to (1) Record a Grant Deed transferring an ownership interest in the property to himself and two of his business entities, and (2) Record a Deed of Trust (DOT) to himself and/or his various business entities, before eventually recording a Notice Of Default (NOD) and Notice Of Trustee’s Sale (NTS) with an apparently bogus foreclosure trustee for a loan that our client says never existed. After successfully wining a TRO from the court to stop the scheduled foreclosure sale, our firm went to the site of the auction to make sure the sale did not proceed. As with our previous cases, we plan on moving forward with our unlimited civil complaint and winning a judgment against Mr. Rojas and friends.
We would like to notify the public that there is an alleged Real Estate Scam artist named James Rojas who has been allegedly committing real estate fraud on numerous individuals throughout California.
We have been approached by multiple individuals who are in the process of suing him for civil damages or already have. It seems that Mr. Rojas was convicted of Real Estate Fraud around 2008 and unfortunately the same type of allegations have been communicated to us.
IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY REAL ESTATE COMPLAINTS AGAINST A JAMES ROJAS OR ANY OF HIS ALLEGED COMPANIES PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE TODAY TO MEET WITH AN ATTORNEY.
Unfortunately, with the recent Mortgage Bubble of 2008 a number of real estate fraud individuals have been targeting homeowners. Gomez Law, APC have sued such individuals to recover our clients’ property back and recover damages.
Gomez Law, APC has made no assertions as to the merit of these allegations, but is merely forwarding them as a public service since there have been so many allegations reported to this law firm.
