Mark Gomez Attorney at Law
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Gomez Law, APC, Mark Gomez has overseen the firm’s steady growth, driven by a commitment to defending the real estate rights of his clients across all legal forums. Mark’s legal career began with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles before he turned his focus to real estate civil litigation. His early experience in housing advocacy laid the groundwork for his specialization in foreclosure and eviction cases, where he has helped clients successfully reverse foreclosures and secure significant settlements.
Notably, Mark represented the plaintiff in the landmark case Valbuena v. Ocwen (2015). After winning on appeal, the case was published in the 4th Appellate District; the decision reversed the foreclosure and allowed his client to return to their home. Under his leadership, Gomez Law, APC has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of its clients.
Beyond the courtroom, Mark manages a high-performing team of legal professionals. His vision is to provide premium legal services for any real estate issue, rooted in the belief that building wealth means protecting property rights. He is a contributor to the field, co-authoring “Bona Fide Purchasers and Inquiry Notice” with April Bayonne, Esq. for the California Lawyers Association.
A sought-after industry voice, Mark frequently shares his expertise at events for real estate professionals. Most recently, in 2026, he was a featured speaker for the Los Angeles County Bar Association, presenting on “Starting and Growing a Law Practice: From Solo to Scale.” In addition to his practice, Mark is an active real estate investor. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, music, and sports.
