Brandon Chabner’s transactional law and other legal work experience includes a wide range of M&A, general corporate, real estate, and regulatory transactions, as well as estate planning and litigation-related projects. Many of his engagements have consisted of providing outside general counsel services to private and publicly held companies, and his skill set involves deal structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence/risk assessment, and regulatory/legal compliance. In addition to his law degree, he is also a licensed real estate broker in California, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and enjoys assisting clients and principals with their analysis of business issues, including reviews of business plans, financial statements, and valuation assessments.
